What is land clearing & brush removal?
Land clearing removes vegetation from a piece of ground. Depending on what's growing and what you want afterwards, that can mean cutting and hauling brush, root plowing, grubbing stumps, or clearing right down to bare dirt ready for building.
Do I need it?
If you can't walk or drive the property, if brush is crowding a fence line or structure, or if you're preparing to build, fence, farm or sell, clearing is the first step. If you only need a few trees taken out, say so — that's a smaller job than clearing acreage.

- Mesquite and brush crowding fences, buildings or a driveway

What determines cost?
We don't publish prices we can't stand behind. These are the things that move the number:
- How many acres
- How thick and how large the vegetation is
- Whether stumps and roots have to come out
- What happens to the debris
- Terrain, slope and ground conditions
- Access for equipment

- Mark anything that must stay — trees, wells, septic, irrigation
- Point out property lines and fences
- Let us know about buried lines you're aware of

- Do you take the stumps and roots out too?
- We can. Clearing above ground and clearing roots out are different amounts of work, so tell us which one you need.
- What happens to the brush?
- It can be piled on site, burned where it is permitted, or hauled off. Tell us which you want and we'll quote it that way.
- How many acres can you handle?
- Send the acreage and we'll tell you straight away whether it's a job for us.
